At MESA, we believe the table is where those moments come together. It is where conversations begin, celebrations unfold, strangers become friends, and the best evenings are never rushed.
Our name comes from the Spanish word for table—a simple idea that sits at the heart of everything we do. Even our logo reflects it, with a table subtly hidden within the letter M. Once you notice it, you'll see it every time, quietly reminding us of the moments that matter most.
Two Kitchens. One Philosophy.
Great hospitality means giving every guest a choice without ever compromising on quality. Our European kitchen celebrates timeless favourites, from freshly baked sourdough and leisurely breakfasts to hand-crafted pizzas, fresh pasta, vibrant salads and perfectly cooked steaks. Alongside it, our Thai kitchen honours the flavours of home. Every curry, stir-fry and bowl of tom yum is prepared by chefs who have grown up with these recipes, bringing generations of tradition to every plate.
Neither exists to complement the other—they exist to stand proudly on their own. Around one table, you can share a wood-fired pizza, an authentic papaya salad, a perfectly cooked steak and a fragrant green curry, knowing each has been prepared with the same care and respect.
